June Blessings

Psalm 121 1- 2

There were so many blessings during the month of June….almost too numerous to count. I share these monthly blessings posts to not only remind myself of YHWH/God’s goodness; but also to encourage others to truly trust YHWH/God. In my May Blessings post, I shared a testimony about a conversation with YHWH/God; and how He had blessed me with help three days later. A day after that (which was June 1st), YHWH/God blessed me with more help. To say that I do NOT enjoy cooking is a DRASTIC understatement. In my heart, I wanted a chef to just cook dinner. It was the meal that I least looked forward to making each day. Again, during my conversation with the Most High, I didn’t complain; I recited Psalm 121:1 to Him; and thanked Him for being my helper. Not only did God send me a Chef; but one who could make Caribbean food (which is an anomaly in the area where I live). In my eyes, not only did YHWH/God bless me; but He also delivered me from having to cook dinner and lunch. The Chef makes so much food; that it has been more than enough for dinner and weekends. I just praise YHWH/God, because He’s interested in every detail of our lives; as well as truly gives us the desires of our hearts. He also gives us exceedingly beyond what we ask. I just praise and thank Him!

Another blessing during the month of June was home renovations. I was vacuuming the rug in my living room; and thought to myself: “This rug needs to be cleaned.” I then thought to myself: “This whole house needs an overhaul.” The very next day, my husband came home with a new living room set. He asked me my thoughts. I responded that I LOVED it! (My husband has great taste; so I totally trust Him to select things for our home). From there, we have been upgrading each room. We’re not done yet; but we’re well on our way.

Romans 13 8

The blessing in all of this is two-fold. YHWH/God takes care of me and my household, because of our covenant relationship. I rely on Him alone to provide for me. There’s no pressure on my husband to get things for me. YHWH/God will put things on His heart; and He does it. The second part of the blessing is that we are able to pay for everything in cash. Once our hearts took hold of the revelation of Romans 13:8, we made the quality decision to stay out of debt; and trust YHWH/God for everything.

Perhaps the greatest blessing of June is that one of the contractors working in our home gave his life to YHWH/God. On the day that it happened, my husband was upstairs witnessing to him; while I was downstairs praying for him. I just praise YHWH/God! One more treasure for Him.

There were so many more blessings; but I don’t want this post to get super long. Thank you for reading. Please share some of the ways YHWH/God has blessed you; and may He bless you even more. Have an excellent weekend!

May Blessings

YHWH/God is so good! I love the way that He speaks, teaches and reveals things to us. This past month has been one of rest, revelation, answered prayers and so much more. I have so enjoyed reading and studying the Book of Jasher this month. I love the way that it ended. Chapter 91: 15 – 17 reads:

15 And the Lord gave to the children of Israel the whole land of Canaan, as he had sworn to their ancestors, and the Lord gave them rest from those around them, and the children of Israel dwelt securely in their cities.

16 Blessed be the Lord for ever, amen, and amen.

17 Strengthen yourselves, and let the hearts of all you that trust in the Lord be of good courage.

YWHW/God made a promise to Abraham and you get to see His faithfulness throughout the entire book, until the promise was fulfilled. This book was like a love letter from YHWH/God to me. It showed me my history and identity, His faithfulness, the reason to trust Him no matter what. I felt the security of His love, presence and instruction. I can go on and on about the blessings that I received from reading this book; but I highly encourage you to read it for yourself; and allow the Holy Spirit to teach you.

During this month, clarity of vision came. YHWH/God gave my husband and me a prophecy a while ago. We saw much of it come to pass. As I read through the Book of Jasher, the story of Joseph after He was released from prison and what came afterwards arrested my attention. As I sat there, I began to hear YHWH/God speak to me. One thing that I heard Him say is that His words do not fall to the ground. When He speaks, don’t just take part of what He says; but to receive all of it. I went back and reread the prophecy; and saw that I had received only part of it and not all. For that I repented. The next morning, I shared this with my husband; and it answered the question that was in his heart. We made a decision that morning to believe every word of the prophecy that YHWH/God had given us; and to act on it. After that, the vision became so much clearer.

Besides these great blessings, we have received many others. My husband graduated with his 8th or 9th degree; and we’ve spent even more time together as a family. One of my sons found money on the ground while we were out and about one day.  I found money on the ground a few days ago; while I went to workout one evening. I saw my grouchy neighbor smile for the FIRST time in the three years that she’s lived in our neighborhood. My two year old daughter went up to her, waved and said hi. She smiled, knelt down, and said:  “Hi sweet girl.” My husband and I (and I’m sure any other neighbor who saw the exchange) were absolutely speechless. I got new flooring and appliances in my kitchen; and there were many more. I want to however, share a quick testimony.

I was up late one night washing the dishes and talking with YHWH/God. I told Him that I noticed that Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah all had handmaids to help them. I reminded Him of Psalm 121:1 and thanked Him for being my helper. This was just a conversation between me and the Father….no one else. My husband and children were all upstairs in their bedrooms sleeping. Three days later, my husband comes home with a cleaning lady; who will be cleaning our home a couple times a week. She’s a believer and we instantly connected. How good is YHWH/God! My heart’s desire was just to spend more time in prayer and listening to YHWH/God. I see the benefits, not just for my family; but for friends, neighbors, relatives and leaders as well. There is nothing like a word, dream or vision from the Most High to strengthen, encourage and guide us.

As always, have an EXCELLENT week! YHWH/God bless you and I’ll see you around the blog!

February Blessings

Woohooo!! 100 followers!! Thank you to you all! I appreciate you! So it’s March already. February seemed to have gone by quickly; though it was filled with as many blessings as January. My favorite one this past month was when I was cleaning up the kitchen after breakfast, and the Father just made His presence known. It flooded my being and the kitchen. The concentration of love was so strong, that all I could do was weep. It is so precious to me, when God does that. Another blessing (that I almost missed out on) was going to South Carolina with my husband. Since the beginning of the year, I was feeling like it was time for me to start spending more 1-on-1 time with my husband away from home. It was very challenging for me, because we take our kids every where with us and we both LOVE being with them. When my eldest son (7 years) came up to me in the kitchen and said: “Mom, just you and Papa should go somewhere together and leave us with grandma. It’ll be good for just you guys to go without us. Besides you need time away from us; and we need time away from you guys…and grandma’s house is fun!” I was like: Ummm, wow…okay.

So, last week, my husband went out of town to look at expanding the business out to South Carolina. At first we were looking at FL because we wanted to spend our winters in a warm climate; however, it seems as though God had different plans. He and a very good friend of ours flew our airplane down. They left last Saturday; and he and our friend were going to fly the plane back on Wednesday. However, my husband ended up leaving the airplane and taking a commercial flight back home; due to unfavorable weather patterns in a couple of states. We decided on Thursday that we would go down over the weekend to take a look at the potential area that we would spend some of our upcoming winters; as well as to fly our airplane back home. I called my mom; and she was delighted to have the kids spend the entire weekend with her and Papa Jim. When I told the kids, they were SUPER-EXCITED, because in their words: “Grandma is the best!”

I was fine for a couple of moments…but then I realized that I would be leaving my children for TWO whole nights. They’ve stayed one night with Grandma; but my husband and I didn’t leave the state. I started to think, maybe I shouldn’t go; but I pushed through. When we arrived at Grandma and Papa Jim’s house on Friday evening, they were just returning from a day of shopping. They bought all the fruits and foods that the kids enjoy; as well as new games and toys. The grandparents and the kids were SO delighted! They barely even said goodbye. The kids were like: “Bye mommy and papa.” While the grandparents were like: “Have fun, we’ll see you when you get back.” We were like: Alrighty then.” We left there and went out to dinner and had a great time! We got up the next morning and caught our 7:27 am flight out. We toured the town in South Carolina; and I REALLY liked it! Three of the best things about it was the 70 degree temperature, sunshine and NO snow or ice!

Flying from SC

My husband and I flew out on Sunday morning and we enjoyed every minute of  it! I was happy to see my babies; and they were happy to see us…but they wanted to stay at Grandma’s and Papa Jim’s.

January – A Month of Blessings

Movies 2

God is so worthy of all of the praises, all the time! I just praise & thank Him for a fruitful start to this year! I thank Yeshua/Jesus for His faithfulness; and for the honor of being His daughter. As you read this post, it is my prayer that you are encouraged and inspired to believe God for both small and big things; as well  as trust beyond all shadows of doubt that He is faithful to His word. He doesn’t withhold any good thing from us (Psalm 84:11); and he delights in seeing us prosper (Psalm 35:27). The first couple days of the year started out with my children receiving some blessings. I am still so incredibly grateful with how God manifests Himself to them. My eldest son wanted four specific fruits on the first day of the year. As God would have it, the doorbell rang. My mom showed up with a bag filled with the exact four fruits that my son wanted; as well as a generous financial blessing, for an outing to the movies. The next day, my husband showed up with a brand new deep freezer. I was one happy lady!! We took our annual little staycation at our local indoor water park; and we all had a great time!

Every week, God’s abundant goodness has been manifesting in our lives. My family and I had been believing God for a 6-seat  airplane. As God always does, He gave us more than we asked for. Not only did we receive our airplane (it actually has 7 seats); He also gave us a new divinely appointed friendship; as a result of the transaction. That is a whole other testimony that needs it’s own post. I decided to go back to a plant-based diet, after being away from it for about 2 years; and I feel SOOOOO much better!

Aside from personal blessings, I’m deeply grateful to God for how He’s watching over the president; and is continuing to put things in order to prosper this nation. President Trump was the first president to give a speech at the March for Life rally. Despite all of the opposition that’s coming against him, he has continued to put things in order, to position our nation to prosper. I thank God that I have honored my commitment to keep our leaders and nation in prayer during the month of January; and will continue on. I’m truly encouraged by the prophecies that God has been speaking through His mouth pieces. The nation might look divided and out of sorts; but the people who are called by His name are humbling themselves, praying and seeking His face. Praise God! How has your January been? What are you trusting God for in February? Have an EXCELLENT rest of your weekend and I’ll be seeing you around the blog!
