Declaration & Exercise of the Week

Hi Everyone!!

I hope that all finds you well. My family and I took a little staycation last week, so I’m just getting back into my groove. This week’s declaration is based on Proverbs 4:21 and is: I will keep my eyes on God’s word and see myself in it. Be sure to say it and meditate on it to get it down from your head into your heart. The exercise of the week is hoola hooping. When done correctly, it can strengthen your core muscles; so be sure to pull your belly button into your spine to keep your core muscles engaged.     I love that verse! Haven’t done much Hoola hooping lately but I sure did a lot as a child 😊

      Isn’t it a great verse! Most people leave hoola hooping in their childhood; but it’s such fun exercise! Thanks so much for commenting Ms. Deb!

        Our PreK class plays with Hoola hoops in PE. They love it! Lots of fun!
